Rebecca Andree is a lawyer and specialist in tenancy and residential property law at MKM + Partner. The focus of her work is in the areas of real estate law as well as construction and architectural law.

Ms Andree represents and advises companies as well as private clients comprehensively on all questions of building and architects’ law, from the drafting of contracts to the enforcement and defence of claims for remuneration and defects. In the area of real estate law, Ms Andree represents the interests of commercial landlords. Her main areas of practice are drafting contracts, advising on modernising construction projects and enforcing payment and eviction claims in court.

Ms Andree completed her law studies at the Free University of Berlin. After completing her legal clerkship at the Berlin District Court of Appeal, Ms Andree worked as a licensed lawyer in Berlin law firms with a focus on construction and public procurement law as well as real estate law since 2015. She represented the legal interests of large international real estate funds as well as track construction and logistics companies.

In 2022, Ms Andree acquired the title of specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law.

She joined MKM + Partner in Berlin in August 2023.

Gabriele Fuchs is a brand and design consultant at MKM + PARTNER.

She is responsible for worldwide trademark and design management for MKM and is the contact person for all administrative issues in this area. In particular, Ms. Fuchs takes care of the management of trademarks throughout the entire life cycle, from search, application, renewal to trademark monitoring for the defence of trademark rights.

Gabriele Fuchs completed her studies at the Institute for Foreign Languages and Foreign Studies at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg as a technical translator for English and then worked in a patent law firm.  She then worked for many years as an administrative manager in the trade mark department of a large law firm in Nuremberg and, since 2019, at MKM + PARTNER Rechtsanwälte.

Ms Fuchs has successfully completed the training courses for trade mark, design and patent officers.
